This is one of the worst locations in Columbus! The bank tellers are miserable, they're super slow. For being probably one of the top busiest locations, you'd think theyd be on top of things.
That's not the case, its usually 20+ min waits in the lines etc.

Ive called and called and called. NEVER a person answer. I really needed help!!! The 800 line is just as bad. It takes everything to get a person on the phone the its out sourced and a big delay talking to a person. Horrible phone customer service

Don’t come here if you want to buy a home
They will give you a hard credit check and then blatantly ignore you
Joseph McCloud is a lousy home mortgage agent. I applied for a mortgage on a property and was told I would be contacted in 1 business day. It’s been over 3 weeks and I have heard nothing from him, and I have followed up 3 times.
If I go on to my Chase app, I can literally see my pre approval and documents ready to be signed. I have just been completely disregarded and that is unacceptable from a bank, especially a Home Lending Advisor. Absolutely ridiculous I have no idea how he is still employed

Such a horrible branch! I went through the drive up to cash a check... and I left with check still in hand... due to the ghetto bank teller not doing her job correctly... mind you, I go every week and all of a sudden it became an issue cashing a check due to the name? But then I went to another branch location and had no problem cashing it.... yeah terrible people they're hiring at this location!!!

Sat in the drive through line for 15 minutes. 5 other cars were attended to before me. Kimani was super rude, never apologized for the wait, and cut me off mid sentence. Didn’t ask what account I wanted to deposit money and she decided on her own.

This Bank was awful. Walked in to open a checking account, supervisor directs me to the counter. Counter person says darn, there's only a 30 minute window.
I look at Supervisor walking around with her hands in her pockets. I suppose you can't do it either? No, I haven't access to do it.

Longest wait for a single paper to be notarized acknowledged and pur to the side for 20 minutes , is ridiculous with no update. I’ve been banking with chase for many years and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with them.

A Whole lot of employees doing nothing! Went to get notary and they said there will be a 40 min wait and there was no customer in the branch , how is there a wait when it’s just me?!!

I don't have an account in this bank but a beautiful daddy works there who looks like Prince Harry ? but he's serious and doesn't even say hello but I love it anyway ?

This branch always seems to just find ways to be as unhelpful as possible. I literally cannot think of the last time I had any success trying to conduct any business with them. Instead of opening a new 2nd checking account with them, I think it's time to move all my accounts to Huntington and just say bye to chase.
