Longest wait for a single paper to be notarized acknowledged and pur to the side for 20 minutes , is ridiculous with no update. I’ve been banking with chase for many years and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with them.

A Whole lot of employees doing nothing! Went to get notary and they said there will be a 40 min wait and there was no customer in the branch , how is there a wait when it’s just me?!!

This branch always seems to just find ways to be as unhelpful as possible. I literally cannot think of the last time I had any success trying to conduct any business with them. Instead of opening a new 2nd checking account with them, I think it's time to move all my accounts to Huntington and just say bye to chase.

This location is in a convenient spot in, and the people are okay in regards to staff. It's kind of strange though that the security guard is the most friendliest person in the building. Unfortunately the times I've been in, they have been short staffed. Hopefully today will be the last time having to be in this location. There is no proper check in process to reach a banker. Also if you have to wait there's no restroom in the branch, and there is not even the restaurant you can run to next door one time I had to go to a tree to use the bathroom. They do have good music playing to hear why you wait in line. It's a mix between two and three stars in this review. I do believe Jonathan is great a helping people, he's just not supported by upper management the way they treat the staffing at this location in the environment for customers is lackluster. Location on 161 and Cleveland avenue is similar. But I've had more positive experiences at other branches I only stay with this bank because I used to work for them in the call center. They also changed their policy with safe deposit boxes so I'm thinking about leaving this bank.

These people misrepresented the exchange rate for Euros. I asked up front if there was a fee or an inflated percentage for customers. They said "no, we're given Euros at the current exchange rate". At the time Google had it for about 96 cents on the Euro. I bought 300 Euros an extra $30. I found that to be off but was told that was according to the exchange rate.In Europe I got 400 more Euros for only $25.34. $3.24 was the exchange rate and $22.10 for fees. I felt like they lied to me.

If you have a business account don’t except priority here. Not only was the business line the general line but I waited my turn just for them to tell me it’s a 3 transactions per customer max. So I had to wait for them to help other people before they could complete a few deposits. What’s the point of having a business line? Every time I come here it’s always something. This doesn’t seem to be an issue at any other chase I go to. As a district manager I’m constantly making deposits. For whatever reason it’s always a headache at this location. I’d stay away if you’re a business customer expecting speedy service.
