Long wait at drive thru window. I waited at least 15 mins before being helped and I was the only car in line. The teller was nice but they are always understaffed.

I went to open an account in this branch which closes at 5:00 p.m. and I arrived at 4:12 p.m. and the security was a woman and she told me that I have to come back tomorrow and try to arrive before 4 p.m because it will take over an hour to open the account

Called to schedule a appointment to open a credit card and the woman said “we don’t offer that”....go to another location clearly they don’t want you to go into this branch.

Went in to open a savings account along with my existing checking. I was told I had to schedule an appointment to do this. I did not schedule one at that time so I've been trying to call to schedule. They will not answer their phone. I've called two dozen times with no luck. Apparently you have to go in to schedule an appointment which completely defeats the purpose of requiring an appointment.

Not allowing me access to my safe deposit box. Can't call. Email reservation system appears EXTREMELY inconvenient. I regret opening a safe deposit box at this branch.
