I can’t pay my contractor who banks with JPMC. I have to physically go to this location for Chase to clear his check. I tried contacting the branch manager Calvin W. directly to resolve and I have received radio silence. I can’t imagine having a small business and banking with Chase. This is the second check they held for fraud prevention. I offered screenshots to show the check cleared on my end - not good enough. Don’t bank here if you are a small business. You won’t have to wait for the check from your customer. You will have your wait for your bank to release the funds to you.

Haven't been inside but I'm leaving a negative review solely on accessibility... why the heck are you gonna plop yourself next to a shopping plaza but have no way to go from said shopping plaza to this bank? You need to go all the way around which isn't easy when you can't even turn back towards the main road from exiting the plaza... a small 10ft road connecting the 2 fixes it but some bubble head thought it was a good idea to give it its own entrance. So damn stupid. It's probably not that bad for those familiar with this area but for those who aren't, it's ridiculous

Advised by my branch to go to this “branch” to get Euro. I drive there, take my time and of course they don’t have any Euro’s. So my branch clearly lied and this branch is a waste of time and energy. CHASE is a joke anymore.

Very friendly staff. I like the deposit process now. If you have a simple deposit, you can use the automated system and someone is there to help if you have any questions.

Was immediately greeted by the branch manager when walking in; he was friendly and quickly answered all my questions and got me sorted and on my way in no time at all. Fast and friendly with a snazzy suit and delightful smile, what more could I possibly ask for?

I will not be returnung to this branch. The set up of there lobby is horrible. Two telling stations in the back coneected to the drive through. It seems like everytime I go in I have to wait 10 minutes for a teller. This time there was one person in front of me with 2 tellers assisting that person while the place is empty and people just standing around. Pretty sad when your corporate offices are directly behind you.

Really kind staff ? I had a bunch of coins in rolls that weren’t quite full and they usually don’t accept loose change but could tell I was stressed and deposited it for me anyway, I really appreciated their customer service

Nothing against the branch but read all the complaints on BBB before using this bank. If you take out a claim for a refund they decide if your evidence is good enough if it's not they take the money from your account. Their customer service reps are incompetent saying they need this and that when it's been given to other reps. Chase is also consider top 4 worst banks in America.

Calvin and his team are very unprofessional and rude people… very rude… interrupting, don’t listen, and faces behind back!!! Seriously? they are not pleasant and seems to me they feel like they rule the world… I have never experienced that kind behavior at Huntington… thinking to transfer all my accounts to Huntington. Screw you-Chase!

I own a roofing company. We had a home owner endorse a check they received from their insurance provider and it was flagged for fraud. We were told Chase doesn’t allow 3rd party checks dispute the fact I know that’s not true. I know that’s not the case bc of my previous partnership and the 1 mill+ we deposited…. Anyways they said the customer (a Chase employee of 15 years) had to come in w 2 forms of ID and meet one of our partners there also (very hard to coordinate). We accomplish this and the person we deal with (Zack Hansen) emails the fraud department a cover letter and two blank pages (my company’s info & customers info) we were unaware of this and was told our account would be unfroze in 24-48 hrs…. 52 hrs later we find out about the error and have to have the customer meet us up there again. Customer is not available until tmw (a Saturday) so we will not have access to our money until next Weds… I cannot build anything or pay any employees until this matter is taken care of nor can I pay my personal bills which will probably result in late fees effecting my credit in a negative manner. Did that take a pic of your check to add to your account on the app, added the money, 2 days later they pulled the money. Said they couldn't find the account. take the physical check into the bank and they tell me they cannot accept it they will mail me a copy of the check pic I took on the app and they will take that? In what world does that make sense? Don't bank here or with chase

Wanted to invest here so I walked in but the private client advisors acted incredibly snobby towards me and wouldn't answer my questions, seeming like they just wanted me to leave. I imagine because I was wearing jeans and work boots while they wore suits. I will not be investing anything with people like this or a company that treats others this way.
