I wanted to take a moment to commend Jeffrey Tonnesen, our relationship banker at Chase. Jeff is always a pleasure to meet with and consistently exceeds our expectations. He is incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. He asks thoughtful questions and seems to genuinely care about our lives and finances. Thanks to his expert advice, we have started saving significantly more through a higher-yield interest account and we were also able to eliminate our credit card debt entirely, thanks in part to his guidance.
Jeff's professionalism and dedication are truly outstanding and we are grateful to have him as our banker. I highly recommend his services to anyone seeking financial advice and support!

Worst bank customer service ever. They literally do not care about their customers. We went in there to add my husband to an existing account and they told us it would take a long time and to come back another day. I hate this bank so much.

I went to this branch to exchange some small bills for larger bills for a wedding gift. I have a car loan and credit card with Chase and purposely went to Chase for that reason - I’m a customer. After waiting for 5-8 minutes, I was told that because I didn’t have a checking or savings account, Chase couldn’t convert the bills. The cost of the transaction to Chase monetarily was literally - zero. All it really did was create a negative brand image for me as a customer. Maybe they are worried I’m a counter-fitter? If that was true, why would they take my car loan and credit card payments? If converting bills - something simple - is so hard, how hard will the hard things be?When I submitted a message to Chase asking whether or not this was their policy, they told me I had to schedule a meeting to discuss it with them. Strike 2. :-(

It's been over 20 years since I've used chase bank, and there's no denying that the service is getting worse as time goes on. On March 2nd, I needed notarization, so I contacted the branch on Henderson Rd and tried to schedule an appointment, but thereare 4 notaries, so I can just come to get service. I came here believing that, but there is only one person and they are told to wait 45 minutes to an hour or go somewhere else or go somewhere else.

Zero stars if possible. Just opened an account at Chase, haven't received my decoy card yet, so I went to grab some cash.. And they're closed at 3pm on a Thursday. There's no labor shortage if you hire more people!

This particular bank is horrible. I set up my checking account through the mobile app. I went in at the end of the day to get direct deposit set up and they acted like my account never existed. They acted like they didn’t even want to help me. I told them I found in Val pak that you get $300 when signing up for direct deposit with in 24 hours. They said they no longer honor those. Even though it just came in the mail. I go to the one on High street and had completely opposite customer service. They provided me with my new debit card, direct was set up and they honored the $300 sign on bonus. Was in account the next day. But these particular people that work here clearly don’t value their new customers by helping them.
