DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH! I have had so many issues with this branch over the years. It’s not just the mistakes with my funds, which is bad enough but the people who work here just don’t care at all. Calling the Chase number for customer service is a joke. I must have been transferred six times. Then my debit card was going to take a week to mail so I went into the branch to take out money and to ask about my debit card. The young man who helped me was very nice. He canceled the other card and said my new card would arrive Monday. It did not arrive and when I went into the branch to speak with someone they said the card is still “in process” and wouldn’t arrive until Tuesday. If it does arrive, that would be a miracle. I have zero confidence in Chase. CEO Jaime Diamond is a soulless, heartless excuse for a man. I know that because my husband worked in a high position at Chase and said how badly it is run by him

Since the pandemic customer service everywhere seems nonexistent and it isn't much different at this Chase. The manager was cordial and professional, but I got a strong sense you'd have to meet with her every time to get any kind of effective service. I was immediately greeted with "do you have an appointment" when I walked in holding the offer I received in the mail to open a new checking account - they may as well have said "go away" because the message and tone had the same effect. There were no personal bankers in the office - only 1 teller, the manager, and 2 dopey people who walk around carrying ipads. The bank was literally given a shutoff notice for their electric while I was in the process of opening the account and the manager seemed baffled about what to do with it. Can't say I get good vibes, but I couldn't pass on the free $225. I will certainly be closing the account once the promotional bonus is paid and finding a nice local credit union instead!!

Newly built chase bank here at high and Morse people are very friendly and quick!Absolutely great service. I would recommend 100%.

On one hand, this branch is new and attractive and Chase offers a lot of bells and whistles when it comes to technology, BUT... if you need to talk to someone on the phone, good luck!! I realize that it is becoming increasingly old-fashioned, but sometimes you just need a quick phone call. The menu options I was offered did not meet my needs. The automated system hung up on me. I was not able to connect with a live person! I would rather be able to speak to someone instead of getting a free notepad and the other tchotchkes they give out.
