I came in this morning with $1200 in ones to deposit. Now I tried my best to make them all flat and face the same way, but this is still a tedious task for a teller. I tried to come in during a time that would be slower. The gentleman who assisted me was so polite, so friendly, and didn't bat an eye when I gave him a bag of $1 bills! He did it efficiently, processed all of them, and provided me with a smile and a thank you. I know how difficult that job can be when you have other people in line or you have other tasks to do. But he did it quickly and with so much professionalism I was impressed. This area has a large Somalian population and a few clients came in while I was waiting for the money to be processed they were treated so kindly and patiently even when it was hard to understand what they were saying (English is a second language) and I just admired the way they acted and treated their clients. It's the reason I've been with Chase Bank since 1997. I just wanted to offer a HUGE thank you to the tellers who worked so hard and so professionally it was a joy to see that the bank I trust to handle my accounts cares about their customers just as much. Keep up the great work!!!

Very bad customer service, was trying open saving accounts which I cloud not do online, I had to come this branch, it’s literally empty, I have been sitting here for while to help me someone since they told me to wait, no respect for minorities community, two customers already left

I had a great experience with the staff at this location ?! My car broke down and I had to call a tow truck ?. The staff let me work in their lounge for over an hour while I waited. I truly appreciate it!

The experience that I had with branch manager Sarah Fuller was the worst banking experience I have ever had banking AND working for Chase in the past 10 years.I arrived at the bank at 4:55pm, 5 minutes before closure to close an old safety deposit box and Sarah told me to leave and come back the next day as there were no representatives to assist me. Sarah’s hostile approach and demeanor is why I will be closing all my accounts and banking elsewhere. She could have rolled up her sleeves and assisted instead of hiding in the back where an employee had to pull her out of her office. She was very dismissive.I will be filing a complaint.Sarah, as someone who is part of the LARGE Somali community this branch serves, I expected more from your level of position. It’s very disappointing that you never asked me how I got there, or what level of inconvenience I would experience if I had to come back the next day.This is NOT customer service.
