Wanted to talk directly to my local branch I had some questions about a multimillion dollar deposit from a trust.. tried for over an hour and only got the message we are helping other customers and then it hung up (also tried other options to get to a live person not a call center).. tried to call 4 other local branches near me same result dumped off the phone same message every time.. Seems Chase doesnt want you talking directly to the branches it seems.. I will say Huntington Bank answered first time and worked with me to secure my deposit.. I feel chase doesnt care about small time customers so I think maybe I will be moving my other assets to Huntington for more personal service

Customer Service is incredible. Sam goes above and beyond to ensure that banking needs are met promptly and efficiently! And Justine is very helpful in resolving any issues and providing prompt service!

I called prior to coming in to make sure I would have all the documentation/information I needed to complete the transaction. When I came into the bank I was told I don’t have all of the information I need. I was given inaccurate information by the person on the phone. super frustrating.

I have had accounts with Chase and used this Fishinger Location for 15 years. Most of my experiences were very good. The staff appears to be doing a terrific jog. One thing to improve, maybe, is their telephone service. It's kind of hard to reach this branch sometimes.

Terrible customer service! I authorized an online bill pay to a credit card company 9 days prior to its due date. Chase's information says "allow 5 days" - it STILL arrived late, even after 9 days. The credit card company charged me a late fee plus interest. When I called customer service at Chase, the rude representative said it was "not Chase's fault that they delivered it late" and that "it's the risk people take when using their bill pay service". She refused to refund the money I was out due to THEIR incompetence! And this happened on 2 separate occasions! The first time it happened, I paid the fees and said "ok, mistakes happen". But there is no excuse the second time, and they still did not reimburse the money I was out for late fees. When I visited my local branch to close all of my accounts, not one person even questioned why a loyal, long-term "Private Client" was closing her accounts with them. Perhaps Chase's marketing team can add "negligence, incompetence, rude employees, and customer DISservice to their list of "perks" you get for free with their "Private Client" concierge service!

Chase is changing transaction dates and over charging their customers. Then they will put your account in negative and wants you to pay overdraft fees. This bank needs to be taken to the media and exposed for what they really FRAUDULENT ? please track your transactions and pay very close attention on the dates and your balance.

Convenient location, yet never that busy which makes this my be go to location. There are 4 service windows available via drive through which I always take advantage of. Located next to Panera Bread & Barnes and Noble with a Starbucks right across the street.

We came to this Chase after a terrible experience at the one on Lane Avenue and I think the staff at this one were even worse. All they talked about was wanting to go home and how they couldn’t help us. The women at the desk had brown hair and was wearing glasses and was NO HELP at all. There was a man just standing there next to her looking at us. I wanted to open an account but now I know that I will NEVER be banking with Chase. Terrible serviceand rude workers. Thought I would give Chase a chance since they are the main bank at the college I will be attending. I will be opening a Huntington account on Monday since nobody at Chase could help me in any way shape or form.
