Cheap, Ghetto, Chase Bank. I don't even know how this location carries the J.P. Morgan Chase name. None of the ATMs ever work, and there won't be a sign telling you this, you'll just wait in like for 20 min and then find out when you get up there and then try to negotiate your way back in line. Locations like this make me wonder what you're doing with your revenue. Instead of lining the pockets of your share holders, how about you take care of this terrible location that carries your name?

This chase bank branch was extremely helpful with helping me out near closing time. I was happy to feel that nobody wanted me out because it was getting towards closing. I would recommend this Chase bank for anyone in the Columbus area.

Fix your janky bank every time I come here none of your atm work and you haven’t been able to use the one inside for at-least 6 months this is barely even a bank anymore
