They don't do foreign exchange currency even if you have a bank account. That what the mrg told the employee ,to tell me, The mrg refuse to give me my money that I had in my checking account, I had to go to another chase bank to withdraw from my account. I think the mrg is racism everytime I go in there as a black person it's something, go to another chase everything tooken care of use there ATM to put money in can't read the bills only in the black area go to a different one no problem I had reported it so many times and nothing being done till chase get a lawsuit

Every time I walk into that bank, there is an issue. From management telling me he “doesn’t have time” while I was the only customer 30 min until they closed, to the bank teller That gave me the wrong routing number after I input my bank card so she could look at my acct. very unprofessional and just flat out rude and ignorant. Not a figure of speech I mean every single time I walk in that place. Honestly Chase on long st. Should just be shut down. It’s like that’s where all the rejects work. Nasty nasty attitudes If you have to drive a bit up the road or pay a fee at another bank it’s so worth it. DO NOT GO! They make you give at least 1 star to post your review, I wouldn’t give them anything not even 1 star, that’s how bad and upset you feel when you leave that bank.

3/30/2021 9:18am , I thought this was April fools but it’s only 3/30/21! just walked in the branch on Long St & Champion and ask for a notary. The notary refused and confused me since I’ve been banking with Chase for over 20 years. She said she couldn’t do it because she did not have her log , I then told her she can write the information down and put it in her log later, then her next excuse was that it was a rule of the Chase branch that you cannot do a notary if you do not have your log at work. WOW! So Dissatisfied with this branch and the lack of notary education.

I like it there. It's nice having a neighborhood bank. The people there greet you by name after seeing you a couple of times. Very pleasant atmosphere. They do changes bankers too often though. Just when you began to build a relationship the get transferred oyt.

Tried to open a checking account at this branch last week. I asked the teller if I could open a checking account, and I was told to have a seat while she found a manager. After 5 minutes, she walked past me without saying a word. Then I waited another 10 minutes before I walked out. Other branches have much better customer service.
