Decided to go to this branch since the one at Parsons is not in the best side of the neighborhood, and I really just went there to waste my time. The lady at the window was so rude, you could tell from a mile away that she didn’t want to help clients. I would have waited for other staff member, but they were busy, so I went to the branch at Parsons, and they did exactly was she was unable (or should I say unwilling) to do. I am just astonished that a bank would have someone with very little customer service skills.

Those who work at this bank have been very attentive and respectful. Pauline, always so nice. Nick Ring has been available whenever I required any service at the bank.

The security guard in the parking lot screams at people. He’s rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. He feels comfortable screaming at women who are alone for parking the wrong way. He’s a real creep and won’t leave you alone even after you tell him to.

A Chase Private client (with over $200k in their bank) called, left a message and email Nick Ning, AVP Private banker at German Village a month ago and a few days ago, we received nothing back. Very disappointed. Chase bank is only good at online banking. The bankers work in their branches think they are better than their clients. Private client service is NOT worth it.

I came into this location after calling and asking for quarters. They told me they had them. My family member just passed away so I came in dissolved and upset. The branch manager Anthony was disrespectful and rude. He said that they didn’t have quarters after telling me they did. Anthony proceeded to tell me I had a “temper Tantrum”. After my family member has passed and I come into the bank I’d like to not be insulted for being minimally upset that I was lied to and walked in the cold. I will be filing a report in Anthony

Chase Bank gave me an almost free no-cost $ 400.00. I got $ 200.00 free no-cost for opening a Checking Account with a Direct Deposit connected. I got another free no-cost $ 200.00 for opening a Freedom Chase Credit Card. Love it.

Pauline old woman at the desk is rude and unhelpful. Had fraudulent charges in my account and when I came in for answers she was not only unable to help me resolve the issue she mocked my situation by laughing at me when I told her I had been on hold with customer service for TWO WHOLE HOURS. Pauline is overdue for retirement! Cranky old Karen.

Watched a teller explain to a frustrated Spanish speaking account holder about a hold on his check. He did not raise his voice, or “take it out on her” he was just frustrated as he had been an account holder for 12 years and they still do this every time. As he left, she had laughed at him and looked at me, a yt lady, for support. I said it wasn’t funny. When i leaving, I quietly told the mgr it was not ok for her laugh at him, he raised his voice at me. Not a good way to treat your Spanish speaking clients. Racism isn’t ok, even when it comes from other minorities.

To anyone looking to use Chase Bank NA as your mortgage provider, STOP and read now. Do not be tempted even with their attractive rates. They are a very unorganized, non communicative and non collaborative company. They do not interact with the various departments such as underwriting and loan processing and do everything in a vacuum without anyone overseeing and managing the process for errors and delays. They also will hit you up with daily additional closing requests at the very last minute with Many of these being repetitive and redundant asks. I was also lied to by several of their loan processing team members, two key managers went “MIA” the day my closing was supposed to occur, and they have put me in harms way of losing my earnest money deposit of $20,000!! Do NOT use them at any cost and find a broker that can actually process a loan per your schedule (not theirs) and save yourself and your lawyer lots of time and agony. BUYER BEWARE is all I can say.
