    Walked in to open an account, 3 people behind the line but no one could open an account? One of the tellers informed me that their manager can open it but he isn’t in today or tomorrow. I just don’t understand how a bank operates without more than one person who can open an account.

    I did a notary there. The manager was the worst service and manager I've ever dealt with Chase. Plain and simple.

    I was denied service here today because I was unwilling to wear a mask, despite the bulletproof glass barrier separating me from the employees. I would advise people who care about reality, rationality, and decency to bank elsewhere.
