Ben is super knowledgeable of his mattresses and took his time with us, wasn’t pushy, and is very welcoming! It was great meeting the owner / buying from a small business and getting that personable buying experience that’s hard to come by. He also worked with us when we needed to come by early! We’re so excited to ditch our old mattress and sleep on our new one. Thank you so much Ben!! 10/10 would recommend

Looking for a mattress? This is definitely where you want to go if efficiency, excellent advice, nice selection of mattresses, clean showroom, affordable prices, no added fees and white glove treatment are important. The private appointment makes it possible to walk in and immediately be welcomed and begin discussing what you are looking for. There are no distractions or feeling of being rushed while trying out the various mattress options. My appointment time was at 1 p.m and by 3:00 p.m. the next day the mattress was on the bed in my house. No surprises on delivery time. You receive text messages keeping you updated as to their anticipated arrival time . Ben, the owner, and his employee delivered the mattress. Both were professionally dressed and wore booties over their shoes to avoid tracking in any debris. They completed the delivery in less than 15 minutes. CBUS will deliver your used mattress to a charitable organization and dispose of any packing materials. All of this and delivery are complimentary. The white glove treatment became very evident when the box spring size (that I selected) was too high for the bed. Ben immediately volunteered to remove the box spring, take it back to the warehouse and bring another lower profile box spring. He returned within 25 minutes with a different box spring which was perfect. Now tell me what other business would go to this extreme for a customer? This is a hidden gem of a local business that is deserving of your consideration.

If you are looking for a new mattress, I would check out this place first. CBUS Mattress offered the best buying experience and better quality mattresses compared to other stores around the area. The price is great too. Ben operates the stores mainly by himself so lower overhead, lower prices for the same quality mattresses. Definitely getting my next mattress from here.

We had a delightful time choosing a new bed here. Having our own private time to hop from bed to bed, trying every mattress without self consciousness or pressure, was helpful. We particularly enjoyed our conversation with the owner who was, in every way, a pleasure to work with. The bed was delivered on time, setup was done perfectly and the old bed removed. AND we are enjoying restful nights in our new bed. Thank you.

To be honest I find mattress shopping intimidating! Too many mattress stores claiming they have the best choice in quality and price…it’s overwhelming! Then you have sales people who claim they’re knowledgeable on all mattress brands pressuring you to buy. Don’t waste your valuable time going anywhere but Cbus Mattress! Make an appointment to visit one of Ben Spadafore stores and you’ll have a very positive buying experience…just like I did. Ben is extremely knowledgeable and has a great selection to choose from.He will ask you just the right questions to help you choose the right mattress to provide an optimum customized sleeping experience. He is easy to work with…a no pressure kinda guy and his prices are much better than “any sales”in the market. I found customer service and satisfaction are his priority which is so hard to find anymore. Thanks Ben!

Our last 2 mattresses have come from Ben at CBUS! (We only needed to get a new one because we decided to get a bigger bed.)Ben is incredibly knowledgeable. He asks a ton of questions to help you find the best mattress for you, and he doesn’t pressure you at all like some of the bigger stores. The mattresses are great quality and so affordable. We’ll be back when the kids need new mattresses!

Ben, the owner, is so awesome to work with. He responds immediately, is friendly, and genuinely wants you to get a great mattress at an affordable price. I went to Mattress Firm, Sleep Outfitters, and Original Mattress Factory. My last stop was CBUS Mattress. Save yourself the run around and call Ben first!

Amazing overall experience! Would highly recommend going here for a mattress. Ben is extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured to buy a mattress or felt like I was being upsold - in fact, he showed me several options and met up multiple times to make sure I found a mattress that I both loved and was in my price range. I found the most comfortable mattress for me and it was delivered to me with no issues. It feels great to support a local company and to support someone who provides quality customer service. I was unsure of where I wanted to purchase my next mattress from but knew that my old mattress would not last much longer. I ended up making an appointment at CBUS Mattress after reading the reviews.Ben was great, he answered all of my questions and helped me choose the right mattress for me which was slightly over my budget but Ben gave me a great discount. He even personally delivered the mattress to me because I work night shift and sleep during the day.If you’re looking for a mattress, I would strongly recommend that you consider CBUS Mattress before you go to one of the major mattress stores.

This is truly the only place anyone should go in Columbus to get a mattress. Incredibly knowledgeable staff, honest no nonsense sales, and reasonable prices for top of the line product. Ben is the best and will work with you to get you whatever you need. In the rare occasion theres an issue, he will take care of whatever it is with a smile. Its rare to have such an amazing experience buying something as integral and tricky as a mattress.
