If you're dumb enough to still buy a car from this company you deserve to get taken to the bank. They've been in the news, multiple class action lawsuits filed. But yet people still think they're trustworthy. Don't use this company. Do your research.

Terrible at every step. Unclear buying process. Had to have the vehicle serviced immediately. Then my car broke down on the highway 8 days after the warranty expired. I did call silver Rock and carvanna. Both told ms they would not be able to do ANYTHING!

This was the best experience ever buying a car. I shopped, got approved for financing and scheduled my delivery. We had an issue with car within a couple days but Shyanne took car of everything. She called the warranty co and NTB. All I had to do was drop it off and pick it up. I will be using Carvana in the future.
