Yesterday we attempted to use the self service bay to wash our car. It required a minimum of $4. I started loading quarters and noticed that it wasn’t crediting every quarter. I had put $2.75 in and only $1 had been credited. In addition it jammed, and I was unable to get any money back. Since there were no attendants on site we called a number posted. The suggested resolution was to use an automatic touch less bay. They asked for the last four digits of the credit card so they could credit us back. When we got home we noticed that most of the vehicle hadn’t been cleaned despite running it through. So, we are out $2.75, wasted our time and still had a dirty car. If I could give zero stars I would.

Used one of the booths to spray down a rug. Used a debit card to pay the $6 to use the machine. Double Charged my card two separate purchases of $10 each time. Charges will be contested and I would advise you to look elsewhere.

Wasted $10 for a touchless wash and it didn’t even clean my car and there are no points of contact to reach out to on the property. There are a lot better options in the area than this one

Refund please? Bay was out of soap so wasted five dollars scrubbing my Jeep with water. This isn’t my first problem here. Was using the touchless automatic a few months ago and the wash ended, blow dryers started but garage door never opened. So I was trapped inside for a bit until I got out of my car and pulled the release on the door.

Decent prices and offer soft or no touch automatic cleaning. Can get busy on nice days, but typically no wait.

I thought the other reviewers were being a little dramatic or that the dog wash would have been fixed by now, but this was absolutely the worst dog wash I’ve ever been to. The tub was clogged, so my dog sat in dirty water as I tried to dry it, the dryer had almost no power, and the hose leaked everywhere. I left with a soaking wet, barely clean dog.

I have been going to do car wash here for a while now but wont anymore because the the card reader has been compromised, there is extra charges comes even when i have not used the car wash, i had to change my card, they need to upgrade their point of sale,

I am very disappointed and disgusted due to putting money in the manual car wash and nothing happening. No water no dirt no milk. Nothing came out. There is no number to even help me with this situation.
