Will happily disrespect / offend a family and loved ones of a patient / member in order to get those donations. Provides a good service on face, but at the end of the day doesn't care about the people or families they "serves". The people they "help" are just a queue for their next ad- subjects... clients are just really potential stories they can use to get money from donors. Once they pass, they won't waste any time to take your story and use it to solicit donations, even from the family of the deceased loved one. Nothing better than losing someone and then have this company come to you and use that loss as pressure to solicit a donation, literally within 3 months of their passing. Very disrespectful, and outright cruel.
