I hate that they never answer their phone. When Ive been in the office you need even hear the phone ring. So they either don't know it's ringing or they just don't want to answer it.

I needed help with a stuck hose on my c-pap. Both Jenna and Onyx were great!! They worked diligently to unhook the old hose and replaced with new. They also helped answer a couple of questions I had. I appreciated their help immensely and would recommend seeing them if you need help and/or c-pap answers!

Sabrina did a excellent job explaining every aspect of my new machine, and the insurance side as well. Sabrina has wonderful people skills. I enjoyed my visit to CPAP Central. I'd recommend her to anyone.

This place came highly recommended to me by my Sleep Health Provider (despite them being obliged to remain neutral), and I found this place to live up to my expectations. This is one of only a few brick & mortar CPAP stores in existence. The staff is friendly, they have ample supplies in house, you can consult with a respiratory therapist (by appointment) and even try on masks for fit and feel, on request. I will have my supplies prescription reside here, and the staff is very flexible and will provide you with a plan that fits your needs.

Big time scammers. Automatically signs you up for "Automatic Resupply Program" and charge the insurance company, and its upto the customer to make sure they opt out. During my last visit I was asked if I would sign up for this and I had said "No". Now I will have to opt out again.
How many times do I have to answer the same question.

I came in with the mask that did not work and all the equipment to insure I received the proper mask, do to having to drive an hour away, I explained I didn't want to come back. The trained sales person stated their was no need for that the new mask has a 30 day return policy. I told him the machine was from Dasco. I get the mask home and the hose attachment did not work on the new mask to which you have to open the package to know that. Hence the reason I took all the equipment with me. Now two weeks later, I have to drive another 2 hours round trip that could have been avoided IF the staff would have done their job. However, if they would have checked to see if everything would work, then they would have to open the package to which would cause Estoppel on the clause 'no returns on open packages'. what a SCAM! I was told I had no worries, backed by 30 day return. Which I will repeat again, if they checked it I would not have to come back. It's been 6 hours total of my time and two weeks with out my Cpap. No excuse, they did not do their job and the result was an unhappy customer that does not need the additional stress with the illnesses and complication that are trying to be managed.

Exceptional Service and Quality! They are so helpful over both in person and online. I've spoken with Wally serval times on the phone and he is always so kind and helpful, clearing up confusing parts of my invoices and helping me get the supplies I need.

I needed to get my first CPAP machine and Megan helped me understand the equipment I needed and she did a great job estimating what my share of the cost would be after insurance, due to upcharges on specific products that are above and beyond what my insurance company pays. I had to pay the difference in the total cost vs what my insurance covered. It was not too bad. Mega set me up for automatic payments so I will never miss a payment.
Sabrina set up my CPAP machine and gave me a mask we thought might work. About 2 weeks later I had to return that mask as it was not the proper fit. They have a 30 day return policy and it was not a problem. Joann did a great job helping me find a mask that did work. I really liked the fact that CPAP Central Online and my sleep doctor can pull up the stats on my CPAP machine to make recommendations and adjust settings. All I had to do was place a phone call to my sleep doctor, let her know what issues I was having and she sent updated settings to my CPAP machine! I didn't have to bring in my equipment!
I really like the fact that everyone I have met at CPAP Central Online is very nice and they do their best to help you and they have the equipment and supplies you need. I like that I don't have to order things online and then pay for shipping to return them when they don't fit. So far, I highly recommend CPAP Central Online for your CPAP machine and supplies.

Wally and Jenna were amazing! I forgot my water chamber and my cpap wouldn't work without it. We come in at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon and they didn't have stock but they found a way. I'm so happy.

The response time from Jenna was astronomical, even with a holiday weekend. She was able to schedule me within 2 days with Sabrina. The staff was very pleasant upon arriving and Sabrina was so courteous, that she cut her dinner break short because I was 45 minutes early. Her thoroughness was absolutely impressive, as was her knowledge of the equipment AND my insurance. She supplied me with the perfect machine/mask and walked me through every detail. After 1 night of usage, I felt the best I have felt in years when I awoke this morning. I will never go anywhere else for my CPAP needs, and I recommend you do the same!!!
