Was in town for a vet appointment when I realized my tire was quickly leaking. I called them, and they got my car in right away and repaired my tire and got me back on the road! I am so thankful with how accommodating they were!

It's always a little scary choosing an auto repair shop when you know nothing about cars. I feel it would be easy to be taken advantage of. This place came on recommendation so that was one plus. Looking at their reviews I was hesitant. But I also feel some people are more apt to review if they had, what they consider a bad experience. I feel Orlando was super up front the entire time with me, fair and honest. It was a lot cheaper than going to the dealership as well. A friend had also been in town a few months prior and his car broke down. He went on my other friends' recommendation and had a good experience as well. I would recommend for sure.

I first took my car to Orlando when I got upset at the dealership for my car. I am so happy I did. Orlando, the owner, took me into the garage and explained what needed to be done to get my car up and running! He was less expensive and honest about what needed to be done. I have been to him twice since and have been extremely satisfied.

Got car towed about 4 miles. When I got to car, the car would not shift gears and is no permanently in park. I had this towed from a mechanic who stated this was not an issue prior to tow. Will be filling lawsuit, contacting AG and BBB. I contacted this man about the issue and he blocked my number. Shady, unreliable and has no care for customers at all!!! Called Columbus auto repair and they claimed no affiliation with cbus auto tow, however it's very clear on the website the companies are aligned.

The service was amazing quick and fast. They explained what needed to be done to my car and really helped me understand the problems my car had. Also I got my car towed not to long ago they came for it fast and easily. Such good service and price too!

Don't go to that place, Latin race, that guy steals your money, charges you for diagnosis and that's free at the autozone, the Nina he has in the office doesn't know about cars. My humble opinion, do not steal from the breed so that they have good comments.

Unfortunately, good service by this repair shop has declined considerably. I don't like the direction the shop is at compared to our experience with them in the past.
