When you are looking for a car having a trusted dealer is important. I was quoted one price to buy the car certified by the salesman, Joe, and when I scheduled the test drive I was told another price. He agreed to hold the car for me to see it and then sold it while I was on the way! This was a hour before my appointment. I own three Volvos and I would not trust this dealership to treat customers fairly or honestly when buying a car or having it serviced.

This is the 3rd car we have bought from this dealership and the second one this year. We drive over 3 hours to do so and will not purchase a vehicle anywhere else. The service we received is absolutely top notch. I'm sure all of their salespeople are wonderful but Freddy in particular has gone above and beyond for us to get us in the specific vehicle we desired at a fair price. He is super responsive to our needs and any questions we have. The best car buying experiences we have ever experienced.

Our salesperson, Chris, was very helpful and knowledgable. There were some issues we didn't learn until we were ready to buy. We didn't understand the vehicle we purchased was a hybrid. It is only a hybrid when you first start out so it doesn't seem right that you have to pay an additional cost on your license plates. The person who helped us with finance was helpful in finding the best loan rate. I think we were most upset about the fact that before you sign on the "dotted line" you are presented with insurance policies you may need in the future for car repairs. We were not given a chance to look these over before we came in to pick up the car and we felt we were on a "free vacation" where they try to sell you a time share before you leave the room. Very stressful! I also don't think the best policy is to tell you all of the high cost repairs you are going to have with this brand new car 4-8 years down the road. It's a new car, let me enjoy it!!!!

We travelled from another state to look at a car we viewed online. Our salesman was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. He made the process easy. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and hospitable.

My wife and I went to look at a used 2021 Volvo XC 40 recharge. The was even cleaner and more pristine than the photos online! The salesman, Chris, I think, was so friendly and kind. Zero sales pressure. The price was terrific, but we decided it was too small for us. It sold less than 12 hours later! would highly recommend for a great used car experience.

Joe was phenomenal. Byers Volvo respected my time and money. They both understood my urgent time frame for getting a new vehicle and did everything to assist me getting my dream vehicle in such a short time frame. AND IT WAS DELIVERED FAST. I will be buying future vehicles with them in the future because the vehicle was generously priced and the buying process- smooth as butter. Do yourself a favor and ask for Joe!

I have to admit.....I was a little disappointed. The sale went smoothly. It's very apparent that once the "sale" is over.....Zero customer service. That's too bad that their attitude is this way as there are many other car places to choose from in this competitive market.

Great Experience. Mark (Sales Manager), Chris, Salesman, and Chad (Finanace) are simply the best. Just completed the purchase of a new XC40 and could not be happier with the deal/results. No high pressure, and a refreshingly honest environment for a car dealership. Would highly recommend!

I searched within about 500 miles of my home for this particular car. Beyers Had it and made me the best offer. When I picked up the car, Chris was very helpful explaining all the features and setting up my devices.

Not impressed with their used car sales or their service department. I had an engine issue with a used car I purchased that was obviously an issue at the time of sale. The used car manager Mario was totally unhelpful. The service manager, Tim would never get back to me with a quote for repair. I called weekly only to be told he needed to check with his parts department, I don’t understand why it would take over a month to determine a service cost for a Volvo at a Volvo dealership. I’m happy with the car but I would not purchase from them again because of their poor customer service.

Ralph Marcum was our sales rep. He was great to work with! He immediately contacted me when I inquired about a Jeep Grand Cherokee online. He was very professional and had the car ready to test drive when we arrived. Highly recommend Byers and Ralph specifically.
