Sadly our 3 month old Macan was broken into along with 6 other vehicles in the parking lot. I was angry and scrambling for what to do. I call Porsche Columbus and Porsche Roadside Assistance! Both were amazing! Emily at the dealership was just wonderful. She kept me informed about the progress of our Macan. She was kind and so supportive to help us get this miserable situation behind us! If you live in the Columbus Ohio area I highly recommend Porsche Of Columbus!! Just watch were you park!!!

My husband and I took my 2024 model year(bought in summer of 2023) Macan GTS to Byers for the one year evaluation. We did not buy the car there so it was our first visit to the dealership. Eric was very friendly and was happy to receive us. Tim was terrific with his summery of the service. We were impressed with the video. update from the mechanic. The GTS was spotlessly cleaned at pickup. We are very happy the Byers Service Department.

Emily went above and beyond to help us with our accident repair. @statefarm made us jump through soo many hoops and Emily was so patient. The technicians did a great job checking over every inch of the car to make sure it looked great and was operating correctly. Steve Serrano was a great facilitator and advisor to us. Beyers really went above and beyond!

The Byers Porsche service department was able to resolve an issue on our Panamera with a few hours of tech time, a software flash and recalibration of the PDK. Other shops had given an initial estimate of several thousand to replace the TCU. We were very happy with the service we received.
