Oil change service is expensive for an newer car with less than 7k miles, takes a long time, and battery was recommended to be replaced, then they realized the car was new and suddenly the battery was fine- I currently have 7 cars from 7 different manufacturers and this Mazda is my least favorite in terms of arranging routine service

The staff could've been friendlier, but I can tell with most dealerships that their bottom line is always at the forefront. Great automobile service, and they break down and send videos of your chosen repair or maintenance. The extras are overpriced. I would not return personally due to cheaper Mazda dealerships with better pricing options in the city.

Byers does a great job of checking my car and letting me know if I need anything other than an oil change. I'm often assisted by Ken. He's friendly, honest and I trust him with my car.

The service man worked with the original dealer and was able fix the key as well as determining the computer issue which occurred after installing the Mazda App.
