Buyers beware of this dealership , bought a car from them out of state and trusted the salesman that he was being truthful with the condition of the car , I had ask the salesman several times on the condition and reassured me that it was in very good cond . Since I received the car I have found a number of thing s that they were not honest about . Won’t be buying from here again

Teresa helped me find my perfect fit car! 2024 Subaru Forrester Wilderness. No pressure sales group...they let the car sell themselves.

I was met by Renae, best salesperson ever, when I went to Byers Subaru in Dublin. I looked at new and used cars, learned of trade in values, and after 3 weeks (3 visits), I wrote a check to put a hold on a new incoming Forester. It arrived a couple weeks later. It was reserved for me, but I had right of refusal also. I loved the car, appreciated Renae answering all questions and guiding me through the purchase process. A week after I had my car, I stopped in for 10 minutes to review a few details on the driving panel. An overall review of all the features is offered, which I will take advantage of in a couple weeks. Thank you Renae and Dublin Subaru!

I was hoping to be gone before closing. I have mixed feelings. On one hand, with my old Subaru, they told me an issue was covered under warranty, I came in, then they said it wasn't covered, but they fixed it anyways. Saved me $500. But then when I bought a new car:- my salesman overlapped appointments, and left me in the car in the parking lot. 45 minutes later I left, because it was the middle of the day and I didn't have hours to spend. Came back, and it took three hours to close on the paperwork. - when I pointed out it had scratches on the window, and the display panel had a crack, they said they'd cover it. I came in, again. They said they used an external service for the window and would order the part. That was three weeks ago and they now stopped asking me to "rate their service."Over promised, under delivered.

Mixed review: besides the pleasant service staff the Byers Service department has made some errors and/or delays the last 2 days on my car. Not the first time. This last time, I drove my car in on time at 9:30 am Wednesday for my scheduled appointment for the 60,000 mile service that was quoted to be finished by late afternoon. In late afternoon I called them and found out it would now be Thursday morning. Called the next morning and they claimed they had an emergency service with another car so mine was delayed again but mine should be ready by noon. Called at 1 pm and still not ready but they said soon. Showed up at 1:30 pm and they claimed it would be a short wait. Did get my car around 2 pm. At 2:10 pm I received a voice message to call them back. Called back and got a recording. Tried 3 times more. Note: their service manager has never returned my calls before during the past 5 years but I still left a message forever hopeful that he completed a quality customer service class by now. Kept calling and finally got through to my service rep. At least he was honest enough to let me know that the mechanic forgot to tighten my motor mounts. Byers service rep said the mechanic would drive out to my house to tighten the motor mounts. The mechanic did drive to my nearby house & tightened my motor mounts. Kudos for the follow through. Just a series of errors but I will bump it up to 3 stars for the honest & friendly staff. After all, It could have turned out worse.

Nice folks - very helpful. There is no sign indicating the service desk which was annoying. The parking lot is still "under construction" so it can be a challenge to find the right building - again, better signage might help.

Sold me a used WRX that has a transmission problem in 2 months. It has synchro issues along with a wear clutch. No matter how abusive I drive, a clutch is unlikely to be worn in 2000 miles. Well good for your 152 point pre sale inspections! It is very thoughtful as you can't even notice clutch wear. And when I came back to them they just simply said clutch is not a warranty item. Oh don't even bother trying the other Byers (airport) even if you have a CPO warranty from them. They would first blame you for abusing the car without opening the transmission. Then they will let you wait on their lot for a week without telling you when they can start working on it. Go to Germain, where at least they got decent service.
