I worked with Mike Cooper from Byers Chevrolet and had a great experience, I live In California and had a lot of questions and details I wanted before deciding to buy a car in Ohio. Mike and the crew at Byers were super helpful and got me photos and videos of the truck in great detail! We worked out a very reasonable deal and I got my truck purchased and shipped to my home state. Overall great experience for me at least. Appreciate you guys!

Part 2Cont.. from above ..Then Eric called me back and told me that they are choosing not to help me and that they're not responsible for my car blowing up. Eric also denied that they told me to swap out any parts. I explained they ARE responsible for the bad and unprofessional advice and now that is coming at a large price. He hung up on me before I was able to ask if I could talk to his supervisor. I called back and left a message which will I'm sure go un-returned. This has been seriously the most frustrating and unprofessional situation that I've gone through. I took their professional advice not knowing the process and they are unwilling to accept their part in this. The warranty company nor will Lindsay Honda help due to the sole fact of me taking Byer's advice. BYERS IS LITERALLY THE ONLY REASON MY CAR IS NOT COVERED IN FULL BY ONE OF THE TWO.

Wow. Night and Day difference from my 2 previous attempts to have my Ram 2500 repaired.Boyd had a 3 week delay, Wyler scheduled my vehicle quickly but planned on keeping my truck 4 days over the weekend without communicating their inventions to let it sit in the lot until they had time and a tech.Zach Wilson from Byers on Hamilton road is the rock star service advisor who made it happen flawlessly. Major repairs in a day and a half with updates twice daily. My vehicle rides like new again thanks to the professionals at this facility. Special thanks to Zach for his expert, hassle free advice and the maintenance tech Rob Litton who repaired my cummins and numerous other issues making my truck like new again. Thanks gentlemen for taking pride in your profession.

I purchased a vehicle from Byers on 11/17/21. The vehicle had 45K miles and on 1/4/22 I had to have the car towed off the side of 270, and was told by a reputable shop that I will need a total clutch replacement. The repairs to make the car drivable will cost 1/3 what I paid for the vehicle. After reaching out to Byers through every possible avenue, they have not offered any assistance. Not even to inspect the car which is at a shop just 1 mile away.
Absolutely horrible customer service. This is the third car I have purchased from the Byers group. I referred my mother-in-law to this dealership who bought a new Subaru, and my brother and sister-in-law purchased their vehicle from Byers per my recommendation.
Byers will not only be losing me as a customer, but they will also be losing a family, and probably the business of the 100 or so co-workers that have watched me be forced to Uber and catch rides to and from work.
There are plenty of other dealerships in Columbus. I suggest you go elsewhere.

The entire staff is very helpful from the salesperson to the sales manager to the service manager to the service advisors. I just cannot stay enough on how well I was treated during my purchase.

Salesman acted like he was doing us a favor by being there. When we sat down to talk price he didn’t even have the car we wanted listed on the price sheet. The Sales manager was arrogant and really didn’t care if we walked out or not. Well we did. We will NEVER be back.
Want to buy a Ford go to Germain Ford just down the road. Great people that will work with you!
