Adam was excellent! He was super informative, friendly, and helpful throughout my service. They have a waiting room and a “quiet waiting room”, which I appreciate, and my service was done quickly with no issues. Everyone on the staff that I had contact with was friendly!
I went through the express service the other day, and service is excellent there as well!

Process and wait was good, staff was pleasant and courteous as well, no complaints there. Other issues besides fixed free recall were noted, and I was grateful for the opportunity to delay those issues to check with my more local and preferred mechanic for future repairs. Wish I had a Subaru dealer closer to home but Airport Subaru is a top notch option when needed. Thanks to all involved!
