Awesome experience. Installer Brodey was on time, courteous, personable and explained everything in layman’s terms. He seemed to have an excellent work ethic which was admirable. His young age surprised me because of the so called Gen Z stereotype. If there is such a stereotype, he changed the narrative for the positive! Everything had been great!

Inter service sucks and their customer service is even worse. Sounds like your talking to a guy sitting on his couch every time you call and they never know what to tell you other than “unplug it and plug it back in”.

Starting from our first email, Phil was a very responsive and attentive customer service rep, whose service went above and beyond his pay grade. He assured I knew when people would be coming to my apartment, he made sure the calls were made promptly to my roommates and I to give us notice. And just as helpful, the people who came to service our router were awesome! Avery and Brody were both collegial with each other (I could hear them troubleshooting while I worked in my room) and they were extremely professional with me. They made sure I understand my service plan and possible upgrades before leaving, added bonus.Bresco gets a big thumbs up from us over on King Avenue!

The customer service and support are excellent!! Very knowledgeable with virtually little or no wait time and excellent care and support for any internet or streaming issues. Far superior to any cable service I have had in the past.I highly recommend their services!

Good service. Very low latency to all my online services including carriers like Google, Amazon, and Microsoft. Zero buffering during my Netflix streaming. The router covers my whole home, I can even get Wifi signal from my truck. The technicians were courteous and my installation only took about 45 minutes.

WARNING!! Many residential service interruptions for DAYS and worse. We had a service called SkyWirez for several years until purchased by Bresco Broadband. We never had outages until Bresco took over. One outage lasted over ONE WEEK because they do not own a bucket truck to do repairs. They were waiting to see if they could borrow one from the company where the issue occurred. Eventually, they had to rent a bucket truck. Now, two weeks after a major repair and equipment replacement, another outage lasted for days. After calling again because of the outage, technicians finally show up to tell us that they have to change our outdoor reception equipment, from a small radio box to a small dish. They were there a half hour and couldn't get a signal on the new dishes but assured us that internet would be good on our old equipment until the end of the month... The internet never came back on after the technicians left, so I had to call Bresco to find out that my neighbors and I no longer have any service with them. Bresco never bothered to called me to communicate that fact, and to add insult to injury, Bresco tells me that our account will be cancelled at the end of the month. The end of the month was TWO WEEKS away, and they were not sure I'd be getting a refund!! I would never recommend Bresco Broadband to any residential customer. Even the tech confided that the company is catering to commercial business accounts and not so much residential anymore.

They recently installed their wifi services in my apartment building. Let me tell you I have never had a more efficient and fast Internet connection than with Bresco Broadband. Especially considering the fair and very affordable amount they charge per month. Also I have heard that the owners of the company are from and based in Columbus, so support your local businesses people!!!!

Our new property includes Bresco Broadband high speed services and it has been incredibly simple to get online. We've had no issues. For a few months we used one of their routers and then switched to ours, again no issues. We don't use their TV service but hear from our neighbors who use it positive reviews.

I am very pleased with Bresco Broad Band service-I have used the service for several years. When I have a problem I always get quick response to help me or I am given a reason for the current situation.

These folks get in tie up with apartments such as Evans farms and internet feels like you are in 19th century; excessive downtime’s, always guaranteed 56kbps during normal times.. great place for reliable goofups everyday

We have enjoyed Bresco Broadband as our internet provider. We rarely have any problems at all and those that we do have been quickly rectified.
