Completely dropped the ball. I switched insurance companies in September 2023. Still haven't received my refund check for coverage. Am owed 3.5 months of premiums. Would not send directly to my mortgage company. Would not send overnight to my address. Sending it snail mail.

I have dialed with insurance companies for many years for different issues but the service i received from Erica McNair was above and beyond from anything I have ever experienced!!Superb customer service and executed with total efficiency and quality and speed (most insurance companies i have dialed with they drug your claim for ever )????I am a business owner my self in the service industry and I wish and pray for all business owners out there that we have more people like Erica McNair!!May God bless you and your family for ever and thank you for what you doing!!!

Company lies to thier customers. Said I wouldn't have a payment in October cause you pay for the 6 month policy in 5 months. I pay on the 23rd. October comes along and they drafted a payment on October 23rd When they shouldn't have. Called and they said it was for the renewal that doesn't start till the 23rd of Nov. They said it is "so I don't have a lapse in coverage" How am I gonna have a lapse in coverage when you already processed my renewal and are gonna take the payment out at the scheduled time. I have had insurance for years and bo other conpany does thiis. Will be switching to another company soon and they will lose my home and car insurance business.

Branch Insurance is TERRIBLE!!!!! Nobody really knows about them and there’s a reason why they sucks. Jeremy Todd is sooooo rude and unprofessional. He needs more training. DO NOT go with this insurance company!! I repeat DO NOT go with them be like forest gump and RUNNNN! I had an insurance claim and they only wanted to pay me a little over $100 to fix the water damage, yes you read it right and on top of that, they sent me an email stating that they was going to drop me and not provide service for me anymore, they did me a favor because I most definitely wasn’t going to renew it PERIODT!!!!!!! Don’t waste your time with them!!!! If I could give 0 stars or - I would.

First year with homeowners was fantastic, $670 for the year. Never filed any claims and this year my premium went to $1583. I felt this must be a mistake and called. But no, it more than doubled. I quickly found another company with a fair rate.

Avoid this one !!! They just drop us after a property inspection that they did last spring, no communication whatsoever before 2 days ago when they emailed us a non renewal policy, for 2 branches touching the roof. A decent company with good senses and ethics would have send a report asking us to cut the branches right after inspection, wouldn't it? Frankly it's quite chocking to be the witness and victim of such nonsense and abuse of power , inconsiderate behavior.

I do not recommend this company. I was given a competitive bundle rate back in May but just was given an 80% increase on my auto insurance just prior to my renewal period. Their reason was increasing replacement/repair cost. Inflation in 2022 was 8% and according to the CPI car repair costs over the last year are up 17%...give or take. Not 80%! The increases are not justified and I will be leaving as soon as my home insurance contract is up.

Definitely do NOT recommend. We switched to Branch from Nationwide and initially had a great rate ($99 a month) then 6 months later, our rate was increased to $330 a month for no reason. I called and they told me it was due to inflation and rising costs. We canceled our plan the next day.

My home had hail damage after a storm this year. We submitted a claim and Branch promptly sent out a adjuster who determined our damage and sent us a check. We contacted a few roofing companies who came out to quote us a price to replace our roof. We were told that we not given enough credit for our gutters, our shingles and possible damage to our windows. We have contacted Branch’s main office several times about this matter. We are told that a supervisor will call us back to discuss this matter, nobody ever calls back. We have called the adjuster several times and he will not return my calls. This is all very frustrating to say the least. I am now trying to talk to my insurance agent at Goosehead to see what he will do. I live in Granbury, Texas and will post another review when if I ever get to speak with someone.

I was recommended Branch Insurance Co. based on some list, maybe Nerd Wallet? They made the top of the list, so I thought I'd give them a try. I previously had Progressive, who thought I would stick around after they raised my home owner's insurance by 50%. So, I went to bundle my home owner's insurance and auto insurance with Branch.Branch had great rates, at first, but my auto insurance came up for renewal, and they literally must have thought I wasn't going to cancel my policy with them after their raised my monthly payment by 100% lol. Branch doesn't care about their customers, and it shows in how they tried to raise my rates, despite myself or my wife never having a ticket, or accident of any kind in the last 5 years. Who knows what would happen if I had to make a claim; I shutter at the thought of that with this company.My homeowner's insurance will be due for a renewal within the next several months, and I'm sure they will try to raise that rate as well, and I won't HESITATE to find another insurance policy with a more trusted, and reputable company. Tick Tock.

I was hit by a driver that has Branch Insurance. They are very unprofessional and can’t get anyone to call me back to let me know what the status is. We are going on 3 weeks now and only spoke with the adjuster for literally 2 mins. I can not get the adjuster or his supervisor to call me back. I feel sorry for anyone that has to deal with these people because you will get no where with anyone. They say they will call you back in 24 hours and here it is 3 weeks later and still no word. I have had nothing but a bad experience with them and their insurance license should be pulled from them. This is absolutely uncalled for

Even thought my first contact with this company was awesome after I switched my service everything began to fall apart. Customer Service did all but disappear. After my initial 6 months they sent me a renewal email and letter increasing my auto insurance $154.00 a month. Buyer Beware!!!!!
