This is literally the worst customer service experience I've ever seen in my entire life. So I simply came here to get gas and to get a drink as I approached the door I noticed a sign that said that the place closes at 12:30 am and it wasn't even "12 yet so before I could open the door the cashier blows her horn at me saying "We're closed can't you read?!" And I explained to her that it's clearly 11:53 pm, then she gets even more mad then threatens to hurt me and call police on me. She also was yelling at other customers and turning them away.I assume that this person was under the influence of drugs , mentally deranged or just plain retarded. I couldn't get a picture of her face, but I have a picture of her car. And to the cashier, you know who you are and what you did was wrong. Honestly, I feel sorry for you. Whatever you are going through, I have nothing to do with it. I'm not your baby's daddy, and I'm not the father that left you, so please leave customers out of it.

Good luck getting inside. Closed because of smoke break. If the girl working 6:20pm Friday 12/8/23 is on the clock smoking, nobody is getting in. I seen 3 customers including myself get turned down for service. Not good BP.

Customers coming and going without service because the doors are locked, 24hrs.... when? Maybe a sign that says "Back in 30 min"... Some workers no interested in working. Brother with the dreads (xighigan fan) does his job with good customer service. Don't worry, Wawa is coming to Ohio....

Last 2 nights in a row was told they were closed! Supposedly 24hr but showed up around 11 the other night closed and tonight at 130 closed. So irritating when a worker is in there all night and saying they are if you were closed you wouldn't be there getting paid. I get if you want to keep the door shut but that's why there is a window to work out of!! So stupid

We don't owe each other any understanding, I just want to know what did I do for you to be so rude?You may have not been aware that I'm a trucker who had just walked a mile to your establishment just to seek the water jugs that I eventually purchased. If I came off rude or disingenuous to you I hope you come across this to better explain.I wish you well in your future endeavors and I will make sure I never forget anything back home again as prevention for needing to visit your establishment, again.
