It's a hit or miss if this place is even fucking open. This company needs to start hiring more people it probably help if they start paying employees more than six or seven dollars an hour.

I wouldn’t make this a destination because it may or may not be open. If not out of your way and they happen to be open , it’s not bad. Don’t make a special trip you may be disappointed. It’s especially frustration when the employees car is there and you know they are hiding in the back . One time I just stood out there and blew up the phones for 45 min and he finally emerged…pissed but so was I

Rode my bike all the way here because it is a 24 hour store to find this note….all the while the employees car is parked by the door which means they are hiding in the back probably watching me on the camera.

Can you explain why the inside is closed at 7pm. Not even dark yet?!?! This is at High and Henderson Rd. A good area. So why can't I shop or without having a terrible teller, scream at me?!?! If you felt unsafe at a decent area gas station at 7pm. Then clearly this isn't the job for you. This is supposed to be a 24 hour location. With an inside closing time of at least 8pm. I called corporate. The numbers are really bad at this location. Kroger offers a 75¢ to their customers for having to scream thru glass. ( and shopping with them of course). But nonetheless, this place has some of the highest gas prices in they city. They don't serve hot food. Have to deal with screaming eaming gray haired old lady thru intercom. Just to have pump not work. And have to go back and repeat. Not worth it.

If they're your first stop in the morning there's a high chance you'll waste your time and end up driving to a different gas station due to them being closed so often. Unreliable hours, not even close to 24/7. The people who work there are great though when you can actually find them

I stopped by for gas. The price was regular ( although the gas price has been skyrocketed recently everywhere, so can’t blame this place alone). Everything was usual. I didn’t go inside the store.

About this location why in the internet it says open 24 hours but when you go to the location the inside closes at 10:00pm? And they don't put no sign up letting people know that the inside is closed. But the pump lines are open if you have a master or debit card but that's it and it doesn't make any sense if you close one thing close everything down if that's the case just saying. Why close one thing and not the other. January 2022 update

I come here often and usually walk since I have no car and it’s close to my house. I went there at around 11 on August 10th where the woman assisting me argued with me because she is clearly uneducated about selling tobacco. I presented her with my valid passport card for my tobacco purchase where I was told I can’t use that. Here in Ohio that IS a valid identification when purchasing tobacco. She I stayed that it wasn’t a state I.d I showed here the sleeve for my passport card as well to prove it was real and my actual passport. To which I was then told she can’t use it unless it scans. Which obviously a passport does not scan. I really hope you guys can find someone with better customer service as well as educate your employees about selling tobacco/ alcohol and inform them that a passport card doesn’t scan but IS a proper form of identification. I will not come here again after how that woman talked to me and will not spend money at any B.P ever again!

A woman that works here is very nice but their gas is usually more expensive than other local gas stations.

Most of the staff I've encountered are polite and professional but one employee is consistently rude enough that I'm taking my regular business elsewhere. He stayed outside to finish his cigarette while I waited inside. He didn't greet me. He never does. And because he was so focused on what was clearly a personal phone call he gave me the wrong cigarettes. This is not the first time any of these things have happened. But it will be the last.
