After I filled gas I want to use the bathroom but they didn’t not let me use bathroom. I am not going back there again.

These people make their own hours, lock the door when they don't feel like working and have absolutely no concept of customer service. I've honestly never seen a ruder group of people all working at the same place. 4 different people were outside this morning at this 24 HOUR location trying to get the mans attention inside. Know what he does...puts on his coat and exits through the back, leaving everyone with no service. Not something someone wants to deal with at 6 am in the morning.

I just spent 70$ on gas at this station. I went inside because some of it spilled on my hand the people were so rude and wouldn't let me use the bathroom to just wipe gas off my hands. The speedway across the street let me use their bathroom.

Why is this place always closed with no sign? This is the 3rd time I've visited this gas station when all pumps have been turned off and doors locked in middle of the day.

Like many other gas stations they continue price gouging their customers. When oil prices rose in early March 2022 of course they IMMEDIATELY increased their gas prices to over $4. Ten days later when the price of a barrel of oil dropped 25% you would think they would IMMEDIATELY drop their gas prices to reflect that right? Wrong. Their prices still haven't budged.

Didn't have any decaffeinated drinks but Tay the clerk was very helpful and friendly. Really tried hard to help us. Who does that any more?? I'd go back just because she works there.

They're supposed to be a 24/7 store but they were closed tonight. I had to go elsewhere.Employees are nice, even when panicking weirdos cry about people wearing face muzzles. Unfortunately a lot of those types since OSU is close by. You know, the male nurses that go to brunch at Union.

I visit this location every morning on my way too work and always have such great customer service from a young lady named Caitlyn. She’s one of the most patient professional workers I’ve encountered in a long time and always knows what I’m coming in for. I visit this location because of her and her professionalism with her customers she made a huge impact on the service provided at this location!!!

Clean and friendly staff this location has really came along way.Overworked staff though I see the same girl in here day and night working hard ?

Closes without warning with no posted hours. Staff is very unfriendly and won't speak but just wave customers out because the door wasn't locked.
