It’s always interesting when you walk in the store and don’t get greeted then cashier greets your Y.T counterpart behind you. It’s bad enough the price gouge on gas but the lack of respect for all races is beyond me

Rudest gas station employee I have ever ran into! I bought a coffee, water bottle and a granola bar. The employee picked up and set down all my items a few times. He then proceeded to struggle to ring up the granola bar, so to be kind I grabbed the coffee and water bottle so I could move them out of his way. He then proceeded to freak out on me and scream I HAVEN'T RANG THEM UP YET! I apologized profusely trying to explain I was moving them out of his way. In all my years in customer service I have never treated a person this way. He then proceeded to tell me how much he hates his job... I hope his boss reads this and fires this guy. Beyond rude and way to be negative about your job.

When I started patronizing this BP station, it was a full service facility. Complete with a garage and a mechanic- she was really talented and the prices for mechanical service were reasonable for my wallet, which in those days was limited. Over time, renovations have been made and convenience store type offerings have taken precedence in this industry and the tire and engine offerings have gone by the wayside. Still if you're on the north side of downtown Columbus and really need fuel, this station is a must to have in your repertoire of places to rely upon. It does frequently get busy and the lot is tight on space, so maneuvering your vehicle can at times be challenging. I advise at the busier times to take a look and assess your entry and exit strategy before you commit to a particular position at a fuel pump... you may have to back in or back out at the start or finish, so just keep that all in mind.

Come here if you want COVID!! Went in today, Employees don’t wear masks, I was directly told as a customer that it didn’t matter if I wore one. They are next door to a retirement community!! But they seem not to mind if your grandparents die. It has been law to wear a mask for three weeks. They said they didn’t care, then claimed they were exempt (which is a lie). YIKES.
