Joe and security guard AE (his first and last initials) are stand-up folks. I lost my phone on a street bordering this BP; someone brought the phone in to AE, then AE left the phone with Joe at the desk.
Roughly an hour later, after looking all around the block for the phone, I approached the cashier (Joe), and he confirmed he had the phone.
Joe and AE saved me a lot of headache….

Went to play lottery at 9:30 for the next draw and the employee told me he can’t play my numbers because he wasn’t trained on lottery so I can’t play

I wish they'd do something about people always hanging outside the door begging for money or trying to sell you something, makes you not even want to stop, especially in the evening. Most likely my last time coming to this location.

Corporate should be notified about this store! Only one person knows how to do a dual payment transaction! Then they lie to the customer about their INCOMPETENCE! The male cashier was too busy on his cell with his boo to complete the transaction!
Please management TRAIN them better!

Cashiers and employees here are truly terrible. They always have attitudes and treat you like you're garbage.They have fun and smile with friends. They have hang out all day, the moment they have to help you, you can see how resentful they get towards you.Not to mention, this station is always disgustingly dirty inside and out.Pumps never have receipt paper, etc.

Love the new buckeye Lake location. Nicely laid out. Very pleasant surroundings and clean. Sorry to say I feel like the cleanliness of the bathroom is slipping already. A ton of dust on the handicap handrails in the women's room. The sinkhad water all over the place and trash was about to overflow. What a shame that the store is so new.

Just stopped in to use the restroom and grabs some drinks and snacks for my children & I
We're not local so it's nervous being somewhere unknown but the two attendants working were so nice. They loved seeing my twins. It was good experience for me and my boys.
