Poor customer service, always on personal calls when you come in. Wait time is always 15 to 20 minutes even when no one is in store. Quote one price over the phone, give another when you arrive. I have come to this location several times and the man is always rude. He sat on the phone today talking about alcoholic beverages when he should have been helping me. I have been a boost customer for years and I'm definitely thinking about switching providers now. This store definitely needs upper management to come in and observe.

If you are looking for a great customer service go when Yadira is in the store, she always answers all of your questions and concerns. Remember rude customers don’t get great customer service anywhere you go.

Hello i went in to this location yesterday to see about the boost up program and i told the gentlemen that was inside i only had a certain amount of money and i was told they you only have high end phones because the other ones that was lower got discontinued and i was ok with that then with out even looking or trying to help he said Walmart has good phones which i thought was kind of rude.

I called because I need proof of purchase for my cell phone, I told the person helping me that I can give them whatever information they need to retrieve that and instead he hung up on me. I understand that things have to be done in a safe way that’s why I was reassuring HIM the whole time, if you need me to bring my phone in person or my ID to match the name and card on file whatever! But to hang up instead of truely trying to help…. Is not good customer service. Yes do things the right way, but don’t get afraid to ask a question and hang up in a customers face because u are scared of the reaction. Whatever information you need, I have………. Recommend something different so we can solve the problem….. don’t fold……

Very rude customer service reps they don't want to give your account number they tell you that you have to pay for it and they transfer you 2-3 to different reps before hanging up on you terrible customer service they need to be shut down asap don't bother going to this store

Always read the contract, the BOOTsss mobile stores are franchises and the prices and guarantees are different,,☹️
