I just went to the Boost Mobile store across from Northern Lights on Cleveland Avenue. I went in extremely frustrated and angry after spending almost 2 hours on the phone, without getting any real help, which is why I had to go into the store. I told the 2 employees that it was going to sound like I was angry at them, but that I really wasn't, and then told them how frustrated I was. The young man was in training, I believe, and I was probably the customer he dreaded most coming in, lol, but he was very helpful. The woman who was training him was so patient with me, and they solved my problem quickly, efficiently, and completely. I left there with a smile on my face, and that was thanks to these two. I just wanted to give them a shout out - thank you for your help, and I'm sorry I didn't get your names, but I was in there today, June 25th, at around 11 am. 🙂

She was very knowledgeable, great service. The only thing was, I told her I didn't want the insurance but it was on my bill. Had to go through the hassle to get it taken off.

Well I have been with Boost for over 10 years and Have had multiple issues, But there is a Very professional young lady at the Cleveland Ave store in Columbus OH..her name is Monica Escobar who is so knowledgeable about the phones and the Boost system way that if she ever leaves this location I will drive across town to let her service me with whatever the issues may be..Please reconize what a JEWEL of an employee she is..and have have seen her interact with several other customers in the same very professional manner, Thank U for keeping a wonderful person around
