Well I have been with Boost for over 10 years and Have had multiple issues, But there is a Very professional young lady at the Cleveland Ave store in Columbus OH..her name is Monica Escobar who is so knowledgeable about the phones and the Boost system way that if she ever leaves this location I will drive across town to let her service me with whatever the issues may be..Please reconize what a JEWEL of an employee she is..and have have seen her interact with several other customers in the same very professional manner, Thank U for keeping a wonderful person around

How do I say this. The young lady was nice however, she was unprofessional. She was face timing her boyfriend and her attention span seems shorter than mine. So I went to T-Mobile for better and astounding service.

Employees running a scam acting like they don't know how to reset a phone when I've had it done here before by other employees instead they trying to send me to there family owned store across the street to try to charge me for a service they are supposed to supply.
