Carlos was exceptional !!His customer service was outstanding.This was our second attempt after receiving horrible customer service at another store.Such a relief to find an employee who is engaging and helpful.We will be back to purchase new phones for our kid's.Thank you Carlos!!

Noorain was amazing. She has helped me with setting up 4 phones on my account. She is very helpful and patient. She went above and beyond. This store is hands down the best boost/phone store in Columbus.

Horrible customer service & the store opened 16 minutes late; leaving 3 customers to stand outside and wait. I personally left and went to another boost mobile location.

The store on Cleveland Avenue and Morse Road was very helpful to my mother and did everything above and beyond to fix her phone and help her with her needs better than some of the others I would recommend this store to anybody thanks
