Ivan could not only be the best example of patience, and customer service, but as well genuinely cares about making sure you get what you need. This man was on the phone with me for almost half an hour, and also set my iPhone 11 up completely, as well as being very clear in breaking down the details for me. The world needs more people like this man. He’s a change in the world and brought kindness & patience to my “newbie” experience. Managers should buy this guy some lunch. Ivan is a gem of a soul. I said it in store, and I’ll say again - thank you sir.

Great place, I came in to switch service from one phone to another and get new service on the old phone and everything was done quick and well. I immediately went home, made a bunch of changes and screwed everything up. I came back in the next morning with neither phone working and the manager of this location preformed some miracle to get both phones back up and working, free of charge. He's so nice and good at his job, I highly recommend this location.

They were a very awesome, curtious, well trained In-Store customer service agents/representatives employess working @ location on 161 & Sharon Woods!! They were excellent hands down!! I would highly recommend my family and friends. As well as anyone else who is looking for first time cellular phone carrier!! Or looking to switch over to a new dependable wireless network phone carrier. Excellent can almost always handle any situation or issue you may be experiencing at all. I would have giving a 5* rating because they are always looking for opportunities to make there company and games more exciting and I must say better than the rest! More accessible and up to speed with the world's changing times, as well as any competitors out there. From T-Mobile, Verizon, Cricket, Metro PCS, VirginMobile, as well as AT&T, and any other company out there in the top ranks as competitors for Cellular phone businesses out there!! I am truly happy with my service and all other aspects involved with making things just that much better than, the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, or even Fifth place!! Keep up the awesome great time and effort and work so far so very awesome!!

Came in to get phone hooked up and got hooked into buying screen protector even tho I had some at home. Guy installed it wrong and part of my screen became unresponsive to touch bc of it. Came back in the next day without removing protector and they acknowledged issue but said they wouldnt refund protector even though they botched install and I had receipt the DAY AFTER INSTALL. Id reccommed not going to this store.

After a week with no service due to a vacation in the hills I came home expecting to have my usual phone service functionality, but my Samsung S8 said I had none. I tried 13 different fixes I found online and nothing worked. I called this Boost store and told him about it, expecting him to say I need to bring in my phone to get a new sim card or something along those lines. Instead, Mikey gave me a quick fix to try over the phone and hoorah, it worked!!! He was super friendly and I am thankful for his excellent service!
