GUL was able to resolve our 4 month old problem in one sitting! Talk about customer service!
Awesome service from the moment we walked in the door! The manager, Gul, greeted us, answered our immediate questions and got us on the list. You could tell he knows how to run his team as well. He was staying on top of making sure they were taking care of everyone and it was a full house. Made me proud to be a Cricket wireless business cell phone account holder. They were even making announcements about having seating available and calling out names of next on list with enthusiasm. Great team!
