Boost is horrible!Stores can't even look up an account by account number! Store force charges $25 for activation of a new line when it is not necessary to do so. If you activate online, the stores charge you to complete the activation or to change your phone. Ridiculous! Fees on top of fees on top of fees! All hidden and add up to way too much!I canceled my Boost account before it even started! I do not recommend them at all!Try MintMobile or Visible. Better prices, better customer service, and no stupid 'activation' rip-off fees!

I called in an asked them if they could fix my phone screen, my iPhone was cracked and had ink on the screen. It was really bad. They were so polite and efficient. We’re the CHEAPEST and FASTEST in the area. My phone ready in 30min. I really recommend this place.
