I went to get a new phone and new service my service hasn't worked since I switched over on the 28th of August without wifi and they're saying no refunds so I'll just let the bbb handle it but back to my old service!

I dropped my phone hard on the bathroom floor and it also had water that got inside. The screen cracked and went black. I took it in and they fixed it same day. Friendly, professional, and a huge help!
