The guy sold her a sim card that didn't work because he she was getting a sim card so she could do her own activation online. He was being extremely pushy trying to get her to let Him charge her to activate it. When I called the store to ask him what we should do, he said bring it back and I'll activate it. I have a feeling it wasn't an error that she was sold a sim card that wouldn't work!!!

I upgraded my daughter phone at this location a yr ago I was told my auto pay would stop. Turns out it was never stopped and I paid for a phone that I we did not use for a year. I contacted customer service he said he could only give me 3 months back pay and that he would cancel it right away and to take it up with my bank. After taken it up with my bank they denied it and since it was canceled boost claimed they could no long we see the account. Shady business watch it!!
