Regina was very helpful. I came in with a phone that was damaged to the point of being unusable. Regina was thorough in reviewing my options, checking whether I had insurance on the phone and if I was eligible for an upgrade, as well as sharing details and pricing on the the other iPhone’s they had in stock. I ended up deciding to purchase a new phone rather than get the old one repaired and Regina was helpful in talking me through the process of how the info would transfer from my old one to the new one as well.

Recently took my neighbor who's unable to drive. Only simple 2 requests: -Update his debit card for autobilling. -Ask if his phone from here features wireless charging. Boost Mobile guy didn't update debit card as phone was turned off w no warning next billing cycle. Employee only mumbled had no clue if phone purchased just months earlier here had wireless charging. Only offered to check if he were eligible to upgrade to a new phone. ? EPIC FAIL! Grateful Boost isn't my carrier.
