Don’t fall for it!! Zero stars
Tried to add an additional 100 on my sons purchase., because they thought he was stupid. No buddy, mom on it using terms like im going to give you the insurance meaning I will add 12 a month to your bill when I asked he responded you can take it off in two months. Stop it!!! Then the glass protector$15 stop it 4.99 amazon 8:00 am delivery next day. Switch fee stop it , it can be done on boost mobile app on the dash board that’s a shame stop trying to take advantage of people. Nice people but smiling faces tells lies.

People are sleeping at this location and on their phones and wont help u with pretty much anything .store has changed drastically.will not return nad customer service.needed help with my wifi box and got turned away guy went back to sottinf in the lobby not at desk on his cell phone.

ANY PLACE THAT HAS A NO RETURN POLICY SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COST. THEY HAVE A 7 DAY POLICY ON DEFECTIVE PHONES BUT NOTHING FOR ACCESORIES. BOUGHT A LIGHTING CUBE AND CHARGER CORD ON 04/15. TODAY, 04/21, 6 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE. GET A CALL FROM MY GRANDFATHER'S NURSE TELLING ME THAT THE CHARGER AND CORD ARE NOT CHARGING. THEY HAVE TRIED MULITPLE OUTLETS. CALLED THE STORE AND WAS TOLD THEY HAVE A STRICT NO RETURN POLICY ON ACCESORIES.
