Boost is horrible!Stores can't even look up an account by account number! Store force charges $25 for activation of a new line when it is not necessary to do so. If you activate online, the stores charge you to complete the activation or to change your phone. Ridiculous! Fees on top of fees on top of fees! All hidden and add up to way too much!I canceled my Boost account before it even started! I do not recommend them at all!Try MintMobile or Visible. Better prices, better customer service, and no stupid 'activation' rip-off fees!

In my opinion don’t buy Apple AirPods from Boost they are FAKE! ISO 16 can now identify when you try to connect fake AirPods after complaining they couldn’t be verified on my phone I thought I got a bd April I returned and bought the pros after week and doing research I found out they are fake. I brought them in to return them and of course they refused. I will be making as much noise as I can about this company not to mention reporting them to the property authorities.

I had the most wonderful experience here for my first time on Friday with an associate that was there by the name of Kevin. I went in just for asking questions on switching and I ended up switching over my plan and was very satisfied more than I have been with any service with Metro so now I am a boost customer thanks to Kevin. On top of it I was having a really messed up day due to my phone and once I left there I was very pleased I always tell my kids it's the little things that matter in life that people overlook. I really appreciate that young man. I had to ask his name to leave a compliment. I recommend this store to anyone but please ask for Kevin. ! Tell him a valued customer sent you?

Kevin was great! Went to other stores they told me I had to buy new phone but Kevin just switched the SIM card and on my way thanks so much.

My boss bought us 2 new phones from the physical store on Lockbourne in Columbus, Ohio. Thru many order changes and the most stressful hour I've ever spent in a cellphone store. Kevin kept his cool and after restarting the order a few times, got everything perfect as only a champion customer service specialist could be expected.

Samsung A02 is not what its made up to be. But on the other boost was absolutely great! The employee was awesome and very helpful. And with the plan we had he gave us the best phone possible at are budget. So yes great job boost employee and bad SamsungA02 bad!!!

I've been with Boost Mobile for years the customer service here is excellent. My problem with Boost is they have changed my plan 2 times without me knowing or really understanding why. I pay my mobile bill on time and twice my data was slow down so slow that it wouldn't connect to the internet and twice my phone was disconnected !! Then when I spoke to a representative get this my bill date change because I paid my bill four days early and that's how my date got changed!! Unlimited does not mean Unlimited unless you are paying $70 a month. I' m going back to a home phone landline & use a cellular service that's less than $50 a month more like 25 and that's it
