Whitney, the guide shop manager, has been extremely helpful with sorting out errors on the website. From providing promo codes on unfulfilled order to sending me items that are only available in her store.The quality of service she provides is not something you get from online customer support. In my opinion, it. is why ha brick and mortar stores is so important for brand reputation.

First time to Bonobos, referral from friend. I need to get 2 Jetsetter suits for business. Love the new styles and colors. Manager Anthony really helped me and made sure I had the correct fit and style. Direct shipping to the customer is great, less then 3 business days it arrived. The customer service is amazing. I called the Columbus location today and talked to the kindest individual (I am so bummed I didn't get their name to give them a shoutout-- whoever you are, are too kind!)! I had a small issue with an order and it was resolved in less than 5 minutes -- INCREDIBLE. My husband will be heavily outfitted in Bonobos moving forward due to their high quality goods and stellar service. Thank you!

The BEST thing about Bonobos is the store manager Blake Keener! He is the single reason why my husband’s wardrobe is decked out in the sleekest styling without compromising the need for plush natural fabrics! Blake always knows how to hand select pieces that refresh my husband’s style while keeping an eye on his sensitive skin needs. Blake also proactively takes any potential disruption in service personally — he’s been there to block any challenges and quickly fix any issues. Truly amazing. So grateful for this store and Blake!
