Financing was OK. My only problem is the tires on my car are already balding/bald…had the car less than a year And whenever I call, I am transferred to the service department who does not answer

I would give them 5 stars if it was worth it. My daughter got a car from here. One they did not lesson to what car she wanted and need two they put her in a car they didn’t even inspect. They mechanics never even new they had the car in tell my daughter had to bring it in over 4 times to have it fixed. The mechanic even said they didn’t expected the car at all because they did not know it was there. Which it is still not fixed. The ac still don’t work on the car it jolts like someone hit you from behind and it is very dangerous my daughter has two kids who are disabled and she needs a car that is safe for them. This is not one of them. We are going to call bob says yes and ask them to put my daughter in another car. If not we are going to have to call someone to get help about this car. We have had nothing but issues with it and problems. It is sad there is so much more wrong with it with codes coming up ect. This place use to be such a great place now we are starting to wonder why we even came in just watch out and make sure you ask them if they have done everything to make sure the car is okay and runs okay so you don’t have the same issues we haven’t even had it for a year yet. They scammed my daughter and put her and her kids in danger I am
