Edward was my sales advisor he greeted me the moment I walked in he helped me . The biggest thing was he listened to my concerns & needs and everyone there was friendly and I didn’t feel stereotyped as I did when I went to Lindsay Honda and GMC they didn’t help me at all nor did they try to work with me ! So I came to the right place !

Quick, fair, and honest experience with Bob Boyd. Justus was great and much of the paperwork and pricing was done by phone which is the way to go when you’re busy. Justus even noticed some imperfections on the car and pointed them out and had them taken care of. I expect a salesman to know the car which does not often happen but Justus knew all the answers. Loved the attention to detail!

Went in with a squeaky wiper blade and left completely satisfied. Your service dept. is the best I have ever used. The last time I came in I had a screw in a tire. They fixed it in 15 minutes. Thanks to all.

New rear shock absorbers purchased from dealer and installed in Grove City by an independent garage. New rear tires installed by dealer. Rob Beacom, Service Adviser provided excellent customer service. Reintroduced to Jack Songailo to inquire about a Lincoln Aviator. Couldn't come to terms (Jack did his best) - purchased a 2025 Honda Pilot in Marysville. Traded the 2018 Lincoln MKZ (purchased at Bob-Boyd).
Excellent service and prompt turn around from the service department.

What a great car buying experience.
Lauren Dillon, their sales rep was extremely professional and helpful, answered all my questions, introduced her manager Tim, and we were able to wrap up a deal pretty fast. They know their products and process and made it easy for me to get in and out while delivering outstanding customer experience. In addition, Chris was able to get the required paperwork taken care of for less than 10 minutes, wow….
This is a dealership that I will continue to work!
