Excellent place to walk and be with family but it is unfortunate that people do not collect their garbage, it made me sad to see a lot of garbage..!!

Great place to take your furry friends to play and get some exercise. There is also different types of birds and ducks that frequent the pond, and when it starts getting dark the deer always come out to eat. It's very peaceful and I love it!

Dirty , Gross and disgusting. Riddled with trash, including tampon applicators, glass and blunt shell wrappers. Excessive amounts of geese droppings. Unsuitable for dogs.

Great park. The fenced dog park is great, with lots of shade and picnic tables inside and lots of room for the dogs to run. And just across the field past the pond, there’s a dirt path to Big Walnut Creek which was perfect for my dog! The creek is clean and clear and some areas might be deep enough for swimming but my dog just laid down in the shallows. Great for a hot day.
Dog-friendliness: Great for dogs. Lots of room to run and also lots of shade. The park provides quality bags to pick up dog poop too so it’s a very clean dog park. There’s a good access to Big Walnut Creek from the park too, my dog loved laying in the creek.

Great place to relax and even fish.
Dog-friendliness: They have a fence area for pets to run around in.
Picnic area: Plenty of picnic tables.

It was peaceful sitting by the water. The only thing is people need to stop throwing bread in the water for the ducks and geese. They aren't eating it, and it is causing the water to be polluted. Other than that, I had a nice time by the water.

Beautiful scenery around the lake area. Lots of small birds, geese and ducks to watch. Saw some turtles and other wildlife in the lake. It’s also has a huge dog park with individual parks for large and small dogs.
Toilets: Porter potty just outside fencing area
Dog-friendliness: Dog park with trash cans and doggy waste bags available
Picnic area: Tables and benches available all over the park

Really enjoy this park. Not a lot of annoying kids like other parks. Enjoy hanging out here and just relaxing on break or post work cool down. Also they have a nice dog park.
