Nice clean big lots, seem to have plenty of staff, good parking, safe neighborhood, had a good sale on patio furniture last week. Good deals to be had.

Good selection of things, but it's really not much cheaper than other stores anymore. They do have a veterans discount though!

They were doing an entire furniture shipment through the front doors where customers come in and out, which is actually extremely dangerous.
They cram this place so packed full, it's actually hard to navigate the aisles comfortably.
Patty the cashier was efficient but not friendly at all.

As far as I'm concerned Big Lots is a 5 star retailer because they either meet or exceed expectations, they claim to have very low prices, that's true, they claim they have a user friendly customer interface for online shopping , that's true, they deliver or you can pick up in store, that's true.. I base this info I've given to you on a 40 year business to customer relationship.
