Morse Rd location Saturday afternoon approximately 4 pm. Great sale , store stocked and great presentation of merchandise clearly marked, sale signs posted. Greeted by employees while shopping. Check out was Amazing! clerk was cheerful and a pleasure to interact with. A great shopping experience! I have two big lots closer to me but was in the area for dinner. I would definitely drive out of my way, to experiencethe great customer service displayed by team members at this location.?????? ?

This is a bad Big Lots on Morris Rd. furley there are racism in that store on Morse Rd. beginning with Nikki Clark and Sean and Hannah those are the freight managers of this store unfortunately they treat their black customers employees pretty bad and also their customers thank you

The parking lot is ample. The store is humongous. The aisles are spacious. The selection is vast. The employees are friendly.

Young tall black male cashier with afro was very rude. Didn't say hello or ask if I would like a bag and didn't scan my rewards card. Also gives out extra change bc he's too lazy to count the pennies.
