The employees were great and very helpful. The store feels as if it’s so large you’ll never be able to get through the whole store which makes it that much more fun. If you’ve not been you should definitely check it out.

I cannot stress this enough, do not buy furniture here. I had a couch delivered broken in October, and this still has not been resolved. They sold my original replacement couch, and have been ignoring me ever since. I have called at least 10 times. They couldn't even give me a refund. They literally said it was so disorganized in furniture that they couldn't find my paper work. Jessica also sounded drunk half the time when she was on the phone

The last two times I have been there I have walked out and not bought anything.. every time I go there they really don’t have what I am looking for.. But the store is nice and clean.. just don’t have what I needed at the time.. but I will return there soon because they do have lots of nice stuff..

Very saddened by the fact customer service is dying :( There was a woman here who was so rude to one of my employees we will never be purchasing goods from this Big Lots again just to make sure we never come across her again. We were hoping to pick up some artificial flowers and instead were met with the craziest tone and spoken to like toddlers.
