Good spot in an area with not a ton of options. It's small, but this place has tons of options never seen before, at chains or other co-ops!

So I called them for a quick question and they basically hanged up. Still on the line but put me on mute for no apparent reason. Zero stars already.

For a local co-op, this is a really cool establishment. Good variety of selections for local produce, herbs and supplements. Staff has been helpful when I've gone in. Definitely on the pricey side but that's to be expected when you are sourcing quality ingredients in small quantities.

Drove 30 minutes from my part of town to check out this shop. I agree with unfriendly and non/caring staff reviews. Besides, they have no bathroom, and I had to pee so bad I couldn’t even shop. So I left and didn’t go back. Definitely not work going out of your way for this shop. Disappointing.

I have been shopping here for a couple years. Cashiers/sales associates do not know too much about herbs, etc. some are on their phones at check out desk not paying attention to customers needs. Seems like this market just hired people to cashier and stock . Not professional at all. Very upsetting .

Ok, I got hooked on these Too Good Eats artisan Drinks, specifically the Pineapple Hibiscus Ginger drink. At $7 to $8 for a drink it's an occasional treat but can't find them everywhere. I was not familiar with Bexley Natural Market but saw from the Too Good Eats website that the market carried them so off I went exploring. Parkign lot is limited and that area of Cassady Avenue was a little busy but I was able to get in and out ok and find a spot to park. The staff interaction was ok but REALLY missed an opportunity to sell the market and what they are about. I had asked about the membership and the bland explanations really didn't say much at all and the interaction was not very inviting and kind of dismissive. I would have been happy that some new traffic came in and showed an interest. Anyway, the market offers all kinds of items from produce, vegan options, natural drinks, and grocery items. It appears the main focus is supporting local farmers and vendors in the area. I will come back and take another look around but was super happy they had the drinks I liked. If interested- I found online that the membersip is $30 one-time payment and annual dues of $45 that provides 5% to 8% off and monthly coupons & promotions valued at $100 a year in savings. They also offer member-only events and activities. I found out more about the store from their website, if interested, you can check them out at www.bexleynatrualmarket.org.

I love this place been shopping here for Years on and off, however, the last time I went there was 2 people working there and no other customers, besides me and my friend..The staff never greeted us or said hello...I said hello a couple times and they acted like I was bothering them.. I spent $40 on spray...Would love if they would hire staff that actually cared about making money and wanted people to be there.

I love this place. Fresh produce and healthy options make this place incredible. A plus would be the helpful staff. The last time I shopped there, I was assisted by Claire. A great experience.

The only negative is the parking. They need a parking lot. But, other than that, I love the staff, the selection, and the environment. Also, the location is very convenient for me.

Extremely convenient location for me and lots of different products. Personally I don't do all my personal or grocery shopping here, but great for a few staples or certain items if I am in a pinch. Love their focus on sustainability as I make overnight oats each week and go through rolled oats pretty fast - super happy I found a nearby place where it is easy for me to fill up and not waste additional packaging!

What a neat little store, they have everything you could need that the big box stores NEVER carry.

EDIT; disregard to the produce. Lol im just a dummy and forgot to check the second room.Absolutely LOVELY little place. There wasn't fresh produce available when I went in (winter and all) but the selection of EVERYTHING else was phenomenal. It makes me feel amazing knowing there's a grocery stop so close to my place as well as supporting local.

Usually don’t write reviews but, they have a great selection of foods and supplements. Each time I go in here though- no one says hello or asks if I need help (I do). There are several people behind the desk, at least 2-3 employees walking around the store, make eye contact, but never offer to assist, or again- welcome me into the store.5 stars for the selections, 1 star for the hospitality.
