Been going to BCC for a few years now. I took it in for new breaks, rotors and an oil change. Ended up needing one other repair, no surprise here… my car is old. Also, my car has been squealing for 3 years. They improved it a couple years ago as there wasn’t a belt problem etc but yesterday when I picked the car up, the noise was miraculously gone which also saves me on my headaches 😂 Always honest, more than fair price and great customer service. It’s well worth the wait to get an appointment with BCC and will continue to recommend them to everyone I know.

Outstanding customer service , vehicles are repaired in timely fashion plus at the best cost possible . Third time using and very pleased ~Grateful to have them as a secondary when getting a high cost repair notes, they took a 2k est cost down to 1600. Thank you Mike and all others

We’ve been customers for a few years, and I have to say- I’ve never encountered such a professional shop in the industry. We recently took in an very old, unmaintained truck to have only some “necessary to make it drivable” work done, even though we know it definitely needs a lot of TLC (it’s just a hauler). Whomever communicated with us was extremely professional, addressed exactly what we needed done, and treated us like vip customers, despite the rust bucket we brought in😂
They’re fair and honest, and I don’t hand out that compliment very often!
Highly recommend this place for pick up/ drop off convenience too.
